Do you know the optimal range of number of cells per spheroid for which RNA-seq and ATAC-seq can be performed?

I am typically working with cancer spheroids which range from 1000 to 2000 cells and I was wondering if FixNCut has been used on these kinds of systems before? I would like to perform both RNA-seq and ATAC-seq.
