PTMs in specific plant species helpful in understanding of overexpression of specific metabolites like plant based drug, foods and other crops productivity. Many enzymes that undergoes post translational modification and excellerate the pathways for specific productivity, environmental resistant etc. Moving towards chemical based plant proteomics helpful in tracking metabolites productivity, movement or cell stages. Nowadays many MS based technique available to screen these enzymes in cellular melieu to accelerate the plant productivity.
