There has been a small mistake in the name and catalog number of an enzyme. The name and catalog number of the enzyme have been mentioned as My Taq^TM DNA Polymerase (Bioline, catalog number: BIO-21105), instead of My Taq^TM HS DNA Polymerase (Bioline, catalog number: BIO-21111) in the materials and reagents section of the protocol.
